About Our Service

ChaiTrack.in is a digital software service (SaaS) for tea collection management. Unlike physical products, there is no physical delivery involved. Access to our platform is provided immediately upon successful registration and payment.

Service Delivery

Instant Access

Upon successful registration and payment:

  • Your account is activated immediately
  • You receive confirmation via SMS and/or email
  • You can log in and start using ChaiTrack.in right away
  • All platform features are available based on your subscription type (Grower or Collector)

Subscription Activation

Your annual subscription begins from:

  • New Users: The date of successful payment
  • Renewals: The day after your previous subscription expires (or immediately if already expired)

Refund Policy

No General Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services with immediate access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment is processed and account access is granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same registration
  • Technical Failure: If a platform error prevented you from accessing the service entirely for an extended period
  • Service Not Delivered: If your account was never activated despite successful payment

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date
  2. Provide your registered phone number and payment details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.

  • No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused subscription time
  • Your historical data will be preserved for up to 12 months after expiration
  • You can reactivate your account by renewing your subscription

Early Termination

If you wish to terminate your subscription early:

  • Contact customer support with your request
  • Your account will be set to read-only until the subscription end date
  • You can still access and export your historical data
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period

Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing reliable service:

  • We aim for 99.5% platform availability
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • If significant downtime occurs, we may offer subscription extensions on a case-by-case basis
