Payment Terms

Subscription Model

ChaiTrack.in operates on an annual subscription basis. All subscriptions are for a 12-month period from the date of activation or renewal.

Pricing Structure

Tea Grower Registration

  • Annual subscription fee per collector association
  • Multiple collector registrations require separate payments
  • Pricing is set by the system administrator and may vary by region
  • Contact your local collector or administrator for current rates

Leaf Collector Registration

  • Annual registration fee set by system administrator
  • Includes management access for unlimited growers
  • Pricing may depend on operational scale

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
  • Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
  • Net Banking: Major Indian banks supported
  • Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik (subject to availability)

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners.

Currency

All prices on ChaiTrack.in are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

Payment Processing

Secure Transactions

  • All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology
  • We do not store your complete card details on our servers
  • Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an on-screen confirmation
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • An email receipt will be sent (if email is provided)
  • Your account will be activated immediately

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails:

  • No charges will be applied to your account
  • You can retry with the same or different payment method
  • If money was debited but payment shows failed, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Contact support if refund is not received within 7 days

Invoices & Receipts

  • Digital receipts are generated for all payments
  • Receipts can be downloaded from your account dashboard
  • Contact support if you need a formal invoice for accounting purposes

Taxes

Prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes:

  • GST: Goods and Services Tax as applicable under Indian law
  • Tax amount will be clearly shown before payment confirmation
  • Tax invoices can be requested for business accounting purposes

Renewal

Renewal Reminders

  • You will receive renewal reminders via SMS/email before your subscription expires
  • First reminder: 30 days before expiry
  • Second reminder: 7 days before expiry
  • Final reminder: On expiry date

Renewal Process

  • Renewals are manual (no auto-renewal)
  • Log in to your account and complete renewal payment
  • Early renewal extends from your current expiry date

Lapsed Subscriptions

  • After expiry, your account may have limited access
  • Historical data is preserved for up to 12 months
  • Full access is restored upon renewal

Late Payments

For subscription renewals:

  • There is no penalty for late renewal
  • Service access may be limited until renewal is completed
  • No additional charges for reactivating a lapsed account

Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing for future subscriptions
  • Existing subscriptions are honored at the paid rate until expiry
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Disputes

For payment-related disputes:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction
  • Provide transaction ID and payment details
  • We will investigate and resolve within 15 business days
