This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User," "Grower," or "Collector") and ChaiTrack.in ("Platform," "we," "us") governing your use of our tea collection management services.
1. Parties to This Agreement
This Agreement applies to:
- Tea Growers: Small tea farmers who register to track their leaf deposits, payments, and collection history
- Leaf Collectors: Individuals who aggregate tea leaves from multiple growers and manage deposits to factories
2. Account Creation and Registration
For Growers
By registering as a Grower, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and garden information
- Select one or more Collectors under whom you wish to register
- Pay the applicable annual registration fee for each Collector association
- Renew your subscription annually to maintain access
For Collectors
By registering as a Collector, you agree to:
- Complete registration through the system administrator
- Pay the applicable annual Collector registration fee
- Accurately record all collection and deposit data for growers under your management
- Maintain transparent payment records
3. User Obligations
Data Entry Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Entering accurate leaf collection weights at the time of collection
- Recording correct bag identification numbers and quantities
- Properly categorizing leaf quality as determined by factories
- Maintaining accurate payment and advance records
- Timely entry of all transactions
Conduct Standards
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform honestly and in good faith
- Not manipulate or falsify records
- Respect the privacy and data of other users
- Report any discrepancies or errors promptly
- Cooperate in resolving disputes
4. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are annual and begin from the date of registration or renewal:
- Registration fees are set by the system administrator and may vary
- Multiple Collector associations require separate fees for each
- Subscription renewal reminders will be sent before expiration
- Expired subscriptions may result in read-only access or account suspension
5. Data Ownership and Access
Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into ChaiTrack.in::
- Growers can access their complete collection and payment history
- Collectors can access data for all growers registered under them
- You may request export of your data at any time
Platform Rights
ChaiTrack.in may:
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement
- Generate reports and analytics from your data
- Retain data as required by law or for legal protection
6. Dispute Resolution
For disputes between growers and collectors regarding collection data or payments:
- Direct Communication: Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes directly
- Platform Records: ChaiTrack.in records may be used as reference, but we do not arbitrate disputes
- Escalation: Unresolved disputes should be directed to local trade associations or legal channels
ChaiTrack.in is a record-keeping platform and does not guarantee or insure transactions between users.
7. Termination
By User
You may terminate this Agreement by:
- Not renewing your subscription
- Requesting account deletion via customer support
By ChaiTrack.in
We may terminate this Agreement if you:
- Violate the terms of this Agreement
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Repeatedly enter false or misleading data
- Fail to pay subscription fees
8. Modifications to This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
9. Acknowledgment
By using ChaiTrack.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
