Welcome to ChaiTrack.in. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our tea collection management platform. By accessing or using ChaiTrack.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of ChaiTrack.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ChaiTrack.in is a digital workflow management platform designed for the Assam small-tea growers ecosystem. Our services include:

  • Grower registration and management
  • Leaf collection tracking and recording
  • Factory deposit management with quality categorization
  • Payment and advance tracking
  • Report generation for growers and collectors
  • Subscription-based access management

3. Eligibility

To use ChaiTrack.in, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be a tea grower, leaf collector, or authorized representative in the Assam tea ecosystem

4. Account Registration

When you create an account on ChaiTrack.in:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Fees

ChaiTrack.in operates on an annual subscription model:

  • Grower Registration: Annual fee payable for each collector association
  • Collector Registration: Annual fee as determined by the system administrator
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Failure to renew subscription may result in limited access or account suspension

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of ChaiTrack.in, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to tea collection operations
  • Provide accurate data when recording collections, deposits, and payments
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Not use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into ChaiTrack.in, including:

  • Leaf collection weights and quantities
  • Bag identification and counts
  • Factory deposit details
  • Payment and advance records

ChaiTrack.in is not liable for disputes arising from inaccurate data entry by users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ChaiTrack.in, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by ChaiTrack.in and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ChaiTrack.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChaiTrack.in, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent activities
  • Your subscription expires and is not renewed
  • Required by law or legal process

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
